Refund policy
Once your order is confirmed, we will initiate contact with the company (or individual) running each activity. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, you will need to submit a cancellation request on Shopify before your reservation is confirmed. Please note that there is a time lag because we check emails in the order they are received, starting with the oldest.
For a smoother shopping experience, we recommend that you first place your favorite activity in your shopping cart or favorites list, read the description carefully, and make your payment.
Service quality is subject to the company operating the activitiy.
If you have any problems with the service, we would appreciate it if you could send us a message within 3 days of using the service, stating the reason. If the reason is appropriate, we will share it with the company that operates the activity and discuss how to handle the issue. Depending on the nature of the problem, we will issue a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards. We also cannot guarantee refunds if you wish to cancel within our cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
After reviewing your order, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
