Tour Fee: 22,000yen per person

Not Included in the Tour Fee:
- Transportation costs to the meeting point
- Food and drink expenses during the tour

- Admission fees for facilities other than those listed above
Important Note
- This is a request-based booking. It may take up to three days to confirm the date after your reservation.
- Please make a reservation for the bus to Shirakawa-go in advance. If you're unsure, we can provide guidance on how to book and the departure times.
- During winter, there may be snow accumulation. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking.
- The Gassho-zukuri village in Shirakawa-go is a residential area where locals live. Please follow the guide's instructions and observe proper manners to avoid disturbing the residents.
The cancellation policy
Cancellation fees are calculated based on JPNEAZY's business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays in Japan.
In the event of bad weather or natural disasters resulting in the cancellation of the tour, a full refund will be provided.
If you fail to arrive at the meeting point or cannot be contacted within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, your booking will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
If JPNEAZY determines that the tour cannot proceed due to unavoidable circumstances, such as severe weather (typhoons, heavy snow) or natural disasters, a full refund will be issued.
If you wish to reschedule the tour for personal reasons, please note that availability may be limited. In such cases, the following cancellation policy will still apply:

- 2 days before: 80%
- 7 days before: 30%
