Cruise times are approximate and may vary slightly. Depending on the situation, the cruise and Asakusa sightseeing may be conducted in reverse order.
The peak bloom period may vary depending on weather conditions. Please be aware that the flowers may not be at their best on the day of your departure. Even if you cancel the tour due to the blooming conditions, the designated cancellation fee will still apply.

The cancellation policy

Cancellation fees are calculated based on JPNEAZY's business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays in Japan.

If you fail to arrive at the meeting point or cannot be contacted within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, your booking will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

If JPNEAZY determines that the tour cannot proceed due to unavoidable circumstances, such as severe weather (typhoons, heavy snow) or natural disasters, a full refund will be issued.
